Returns

• At Bali Art and Craft, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if any part of your order is missing, please let us know immediately. Please contact us at info help@baliartandcraft.com. We will be happy to replace your damaged or incorrect item or give you a full refund, including all shipping charges. But with the condition that you have to take a video when you open the package
• If you receive your product and it is damaged during shipping, please email us at help@baliartandcraft.com immediately. Include a description of the damage, include pictures, and also include a video unboxing, because the damaged item may fall due to the buyer. This information helps us a lot in ensuring that our products are properly packaged and shipped. We will arrange for the defective product to be replaced.
• All returns and exchanges must include the product, documentation, etc. that originally shipped with the product.
• If the return is not due to Bali Art and Craft's fault, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred for product orders and returns. You should ship your return using a trusted international courier service that offers tracking (such as DHL, EMS, etc.). It is highly recommended that you insure your package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the return center in their original condition.
• Please note that we may process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from baliartandcraft.com.
• Compensation and refund Shipments are processed within 3 working days after we receive your application for a new replacement or refund.

Payment

Currently, Bali Art and Craft accepts PayPal, Visa Debit Cards, and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).

For more details, please read the information below:

1. Enter the Shopify Bali art and craft site first.
2. Select the item you want to order, then click "Add to Basket."
3. To continue the process of ordering your order, click the bag image in the upper right corner.
4. Then click checkout to continue.
5. Then enter your personal data and address according to the instructions requested, and make sure you enter the address correctly to speed up the shipping process and avoid lost items. then click "Continue to Shipping".

• Payment with PayPal Account     

          To continue please Click "Pay With PayPal"

Then you are asked to enter your email or mobile number.

If you have filled in your email or mobile number, then click "next". After pressing Next, press Get Code to get the code, and you will receive a message or email code from PayPal. then input the code into PayPal.

• Payment with Debit or Credit Cards.  

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can process payments via Debit or Credit Cards, which you can do by clicking on the  "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" section. And then Enter the email and then click continue payment."

 Then enter your personal information, billing address, and credit or debit card information into the appropriate lines on the input screen.

Review the payment details shown on the screen to make sure they are correct. and if you don't want to have a Paypal account automatically, you can disable the button in "Save Info and Create Your PayPal Account." Next When you are sure that your credit or debit card information is accurate, click the "continue as guest" button to complete your payment. then you will receive a payment email from PayPal.
