Introduction At Bali Art and Craft, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to request a refund, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle refund requests.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be in the same condition as when received, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all refund requests.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Orders: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds due to the specific nature of these products.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Refund Process

  • Initiating a Refund: To begin the refund process, contact our customer service team at info@baliartandcraft.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
  • Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned items.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds or Reduced Refunds

  • Damaged or Used Products: Items that are returned damaged, used, or not in their original condition may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be assessed during the inspection process.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for handling and processing returned items.

5. Exchanges Instead of Refunds

  • Faulty Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Please specify this in your communication with customer service.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer’s Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Providing Shipping Label: In cases where an item is defective or an incorrect item was sent, Bali Art and Craft will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label.

7. International Returns

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or fees. Such fees are not covered by Bali Art and Craft.
