Return & Exchanges Policy for Bali Art and Craft

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in the original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Items that are personalized or custom-made are not eligible for returns due to their bespoke nature.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards: These are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our support team at info@baliartandcraft.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Packing: Ensure that items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit, ideally in their original packaging.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are not in their original condition.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Cases where only partial refunds are granted include items not returned in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives defective or damaged, we encourage you to film an unboxing video and send it to us along with your exchange request. This video should clearly show the condition of the item as soon as it is removed from its packaging.
  • How to Send Your Video: Please email the unboxing video to our support team at info@baliartandcraft.com. Ensure the video is clear and shows the item from multiple angles.
  • Review Process: Our team will review the video to verify the damage or defect and initiate an exchange approval process.
  • Stock Availability: We will exchange the item for the same product, subject to availability. If the same item is not available, we may offer a substitute or a refund.
  • Additional Instructions: Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your email to expedite the process.

6. Restocking Fee

  • Fee: A restocking fee may be applied for returned items. This will be clearly stated and deducted from your refund.
  • Fee Waiver: We may waive this fee if the item is returned due to a defect or our error.

7. Extended Holiday Returns

  • We offer an extended return period during the holiday season, the terms of which will be announced prior to the holiday period.

8. International Returns
