Returns

  • At Bali Art and Craft, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if any part of your order is missing, please let us know immediately. Please contact us at info help@baliartandcraft.com. We will be happy to replace your damaged or incorrect item or give you a full refund, including all shipping charges. But with the condition that you have to take a video when you open the package
  • If you receive your product and it is damaged during shipping, please email us at help@baliartandcraft.com immediately. Include a description of the damage, include pictures, and also include a video unboxing, because the damaged item may fall due to the buyer. This information helps us a lot in ensuring that our products are properly packaged and shipped. We will arrange for the defective product to be replaced.
  • All returns and exchanges must include the product, documentation, etc. that originally shipped with the product.
  • If the return is not due to Bali Art and Craft's fault, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred for product orders and returns. You should ship your return using a trusted international courier service that offers tracking (such as DHL, EMS, etc.). It is highly recommended that you insure your package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive at the return center in their original condition.

  • Compensation and refund Shipments are processed within 3 working days after we receive your application for a new replacement or refund.
